12V Low noise DC Motor 146RPM w/Encoder
Account cancelled 2016-11-19 01:10:28 1937 Views1 Replies hi i bought the HCR, i found my motors encoder are different, my right motor had a 663ppr same in your documentation but my left motor only had a 605ppr is this normal? because i had a problem controlling it on ROS my left motor is slower than my right i thought i had a problem on my motor drive, maybe my motor encoder resolution is the problem?

It sounds like that there is a problem with the encoder or the gearbox , no relationship with the driver. Maybe you can try to upload Encoder Sample Code to uno, dont connect the wheel to the motor, to make sure the pluses. If the reading is inconsistent with the specification, probably there are some problems with the encoder. Under the warranty, we can send a new motor to you.
