I've acquired the RpLidar and now i've seen the laser module is broken, how do I proceed to obtain an spare or to repair it.

If so, can you provide me some pictures or more detailed info about the laser? These would help us to know more what happened.
PS: Please give me your order ID, under the warranty(90 days), if its our product issue, you are entitled to demand a replacement or can be repaired. Wendy.Hu
