Unable to update my vortex firmware. I tried with arduino, an iphone 5s and an ipad pro with ios 10, a phone with android 5. Can update your app and firmaware if it pleases.

1. Open the vortexbot app, establish the connection to the vortex
2. Click the human pattern on the upper left corner
2. Enter setup interface, click the firmware update to update the latest firmware, then wait update done.
If it cannot work, please make sure your device is online. Or try to connect another network (wifi or 4G).
If there is still some errors, please send us a picture about your problem. Angelo.Qiao
