LP 4G/64Gb doesn't work anymore, surely she's briked

Hello Folks,
I would like to share my experience with LP, I received the box last Wednesday, and Thursday I started to play, I've updated the Win 10 license from Home to Professional (I've an MSDN contract), apply all the Microsoft available updates, install some softwares that I need to accomplish my project (an high end audio/video player), then I restart the LP sometimes and everything worked smoothly until Friday when I tried to power up the appliance but sadly I seen that the bottom red LED still lit up, without any output on HDMI or keyboard, what I've done was to replace the HDMI cable, keyboard and monitor without any changes.
So I tried in order:
1) hard reset procedure,
2) format a 8 GB USB thumb drive with fat32 and named it WINPE, copied the LP Win 10 image as described at this site:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'http://www.lattepanda.com/docs/#How_to_re-install_LattePanda_Windows_system', '', ' class="postlink"')
3) last I tried to reflesh the BIOS.
All the test gave the same reults: ZERO, the LP still unusable.
I've read the tutorial at this linkmake_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'http://www.lattepanda.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=386', '', ' class="postlink"') to revive the LP, but it require some hardware hacking and eeprom writer, so I prefer to find another way to back on track.
I wrote an email to DFRobot store email, but seem that I received an automated reply.
Unfortunately I done the order directly without any account creation, I had provided my email address and pay via PayPal, today I've tried to create an account with same email used to made the order, but there isn't any "store procedure" in the DB that link the customer master data.
Could you please give me any advice to address my problem?

It sounds like there are some problems with the LP, you can go to your order page to apply for RMA for a replacement. Our store will deal with the requirement ASAP.
