Cherokey 4WD Wheel Rotation

Hello,
I`ve got a problem probatly with the motor controller of my Cherokey 4WD.
The wheels on one side of the robot are not able to change the direction of rotation.
As I put 3.3 V on pin M2_EN, the rotation of motor2 and 4 changes as expected.
When I do the same at pin M1_EN, the direction of rotation is not cahnging and is continuing rotating in the same direction as before. On Pin M2_EN, I measure still 3.3V, but on pin M1_EN the voltage breaks down to 0.1 V. I have already changed the enginges, but the problem remains at pin M1_EN. I also checked if there is any short circuit, but I didn`t found one.
Can anybody help me? Do I have a problem with the motor controller L298P?
Thanks in advance!
Tim

Sorry, you can upload the motor speed control code to controller, then connect the power to the M_VIN interface to measure the voltage of the motor interface to see what happened.
Let me know if you have any problem.
