LP 4G/64Gb doesn't boot, stuck at Shell> prompt

I have done a BIOS refresh (that worked ok) and created a new Windows image x64 version for 4G/64GB as described in documentation.
When booting, with or without new image on USB no result, it keeps coming back to the Shell> prompt. See attached screen image.
How can i get this back no normal ?

achat 2017-01-09 23:49:09 Does the usb port working when you use the keyboard？And can you press“Esc”to get into the Bios setting page to make sure the Bios files are fine？ And try other usb port if one of them not work Wendy.Hu
