Hi. Was part of indiegogo fund and Just received Antobo and put it together, am having problems getting it to work at all.
1) have it connected via usb Cable to mac and Bluetooth to ipad app. App keeps trying to update firmware but it never completes and just restarts
2) legs do not function. Have removed and reinstalled while in leg calibration mode but they don't move, tho lights are on. Servos rotate and are installed in correct positions.
3) antbo won't respond to light, voice etc
4) search of dfrobot.com site or doesn't result in any
troubleshooting info

it has supported android for the firmware uploading. Recently we also fixed this bug on Anrdoid 6.0
Blue light means the it has been ON, you need to touch the head once again to enter patrol mode. If the antbo has been in OFF mode, touch the head twice to enter calibration mode (LED is orange)
So, we can start it like this:
Touch the head for 3s to wake it up, touch the head again for walking, After 60s walking, it will be ON mode again.(Standby), turn the head 3s to turn it off.

2017-01-22 19:36:41 It's functioning well on Day 1 though needs some tries to get into Blue light - is it normal?
On day 2, always in calibration mode and stopped. Legs not straightened after that.
Still the same after removed batteries and reset.
Can't do firmware upgrade via Android.
Please help.

Alter that the antbo don't start... not a light, nothing...
It seems to me that the update process failed, but I can't re-start the process (as I wrote, the antbo is completely dead)... May be if I update the firmware using the cable I will be able to recover the antbo.

We have released the new version app on the apple store, please go to there to download, then try again. When updating the firmware, please make sure not connect to usb, just batteries.

Actually, the problem does exit. We have submitted the new version of App and are waiting for Apple's audit. After the completion of the audit, the latest version will be updated automatically according to the network or idle time.
Now, before that, you can try this to solve the problem: when the firmware update reaches 100%, close the APP, open the Antbo, and then open the APP again, everything would be fine.
