Antbo doesn't work - no lights

Indiegogo supporter, and received the Antbo last week, thank you.
I assembled it today following the assembly guide, but cannot get the LED to light up. I have checked all the assembly and made sure that the new batteries are inserted correctly and checked with meter (1.5 v each). Touching the head has no effect at all, so the legs cannot calibrate. It does not seem that any power is on.
I have installed the app but it there is no connection.
What is my next step to fix it?

Thank you so much for your sharing!
We've been trying to make Antbo better. Hope there will be an update in the near future.
Thanks for your understanding.

2017-02-04 08:20:32 Did you get it up and running? Mine had the same problem, in case other people have the same problems; some hints:
1st of all, check the wiki page mentioned above:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/Antbo_SKU:ROB0127', '', ' class="postlink"')
My problem was nr 6 of the wiki page.
Also, when I assemled Antbo and turned the screws really tight, it lost connection. Maybe the housing get's slightly distorted / twisted and therefore the connection of the batteries or the board is lost. I disassembled and re-assembled it with "just the right tension" to the screws (always checking (turning it on and off) while assembling).

2017-01-24 03:45:29 Further; second try the update is complete. The USB power works fine, but the battery connection seems to be the main problem, so I will work on that.

2017-01-24 02:34:42 Use the linkmake_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, '
', 'https://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/Antbo_SKU:ROB0127', '', ' class="postlink"')
Following these instructions, I connected external USB power and touched the top. Then the Antbo LEDs turned on and showed blue. The latest version of the app connected via Bluetooth and commenced the update.
It remained updating but never completed. After this, the LEDs were off, and the Antbo could not be restarted or connect via Bluetooth.

make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, '
