Name - AT+NAME not working as expected

The advertise name of Bluno does not seem to working in V1.93. I can use AT+NAME=new_name to set the name, and AT+NAME=? confirms that the Bluno 'thinks' it's name has changed, but the advertising payload still shows old name. This is true on both Android and iOS (even after a reboot of the smartphone), and even after I power cycle the Bluno.

I was thinking that perhaps I should bypass the AT commands and write directly to the Bluno characteristics, but I have not located a suitable Arduino library for Bluno (does one exist?).

Please help! I'm stuck.
