LP Z8350 2G/32G Arduino not working!

Cannot upload 'Blink' to Arduino

avrdude: error: buffered memory access not supported. Maybe it isn't
a butterfly/AVR109 but a AVR910 device?

Also every time I power up the LP it goes to shell> page. I have to constantly Type "Exit" for the OS to boot since Esc doesn't work.

Drives me nuts. Please help.

I tried reinstalling windows system using Z8300 2G/32G but it doesn't work well.
Please fix the Z8350 link. I tried downloading it 3x already but always failed says it's FORBIDDEN
