Connecting Bluno as central to Bluetooth devices

Hi, I'm new with Bluno and trying to connect a Bluno board to some Bluetooth thermostatic valves
I'm a little confused in the very first step of the project, so I would ask for your help to understand how to set up the connection between the two devices, in order to go on sending commands.
