Error In conversion from voltage to NTu

The pure water give me 4.1 voltage when I convert this voltage into NTU than it gives me 320NTU which is quite high for pure water. The NTU for pure water should be <0.5. I am using "-1120.4*square(voltage)+5742.3*voltage-4352.9;" for voltage conversion into NTU.
Anyone can please help me regarding the mentioned problem
