Beetle BLE and stretch sensor - basic Arduino project help please!

I have connected a stretch sensor to the Beetle BLE and can see the values from this sensor appear on the serial monitor on Arduino when it is connected to the computer.

I have the correct battery to power the Beetle BLE and want to either display these values on my ipad or on the 16x2 lcd display wirelessly, whichever is easiest!!

How would I go about doing this?
