[LattePanda 2G/32GB] Intel HD Problem - Underclocked while I'm playing HD videos

I noticed that the Intel HD is underclocked to 400Mhz while I'm using the GPU. Default clock is 500Mhz.
My lattepanda has aluminium heatsink cooling fan and five passive heatsinks.
I enabled the "High Performance Profile" with the regedit procedure. I set the Maximum Performance for CPU and Intel HD.
I installed last Intel HD driver and set it to Performance Profile (3D Panel) and Maximum Performance(Power profile).
Do you have any advice for me to solve this problem?
