No contact with Bluno

I am working with a Bluno which somehow got corrupted. The red PWR light is on but other than that there is no contact to the board. no port shows in the Arduino IDE and it doesn't show up in the device manager on Windows either.
When pressing the boot and reset buttons a green light flashes but nothing changes.
I have another Bluno which works fine with the same computer.
Is there some way of hard resetting a Bluno or another way of getting it to work again.

2018-09-28 04:55:56 Hi,
I encountered the same problem as r0ede1991.
I have tried to connect with Windows XP / 8 / 10 PCs...
But Device manager of any of those PC do not show "Arduino Uno" or anything.
If there would be any solution on it, please let me know.
Board : Bluno V2.0
SKU : DFR0267
Firmware : Sorry, I am totally beginner and cannot check it.
Thanks,

2017-05-19 07:42:39 Hi r0ede1991,
I had a similar experience with my Bluno Nano, and I managed to cure the problem by attaching an usb connection to the Bluno from a Windows XP computer which did not have the drivers installed. When I connected the usb, Windows XP installed the drivers and then I could access the Bluno from both computers.
Maybe worth trying.
