Bluetooth communication with BLE Quad DFR0398

I recently bought a BLE Quad to avoid the use of an ArduinoUno+MotorShield+HC05. I thought it could be a good idea: lighter, compact including all the features i was looking for. I 'm now very upset, and desapointed for several reasons:
- I discover that finallly, the use of BLE is not easy to implement with APPInventor that is however so easy to use,
- the only example about an android application (BlunoBasicDemo.apk) needs to use Android Studio and the source is not easily understandable and so editable,
- The BLE doesn't works with some smartphones even if "BLEChecker" validates the device,
- When you scan for devices, it sometimes appears and sometimes not...,
As anyone build an android application with APPInventor using reliably the BLE communication of a Bluno ?
As anyone succeeded in replacing the BLE by a HC05 module connected to a Bluno/BLE quad card ?
