Intel IO Serial UART driver

I has upgrade my Window to Window 10 Pro, I has one unknow device in the device manager, which have no driver, It say the device is Intel IO Serial UART controller, I has download the driver from Intel which it didn't work, Anyone out there know what this device is? and has driver where i could download, Please post download if have.
