Plug & play power

I would like to harvest energy from rotation like a windmill.
While looking for components I recognize the lack of a plug & play power module.
I would like a module to place into an alternating magnetic field and draw 5v power.
It would need a coil, rectifier and a regulator. Maybe a lithium battery charger for storage.
Are there any all in one power generation modules to use for this?
Lets talk about making one.
I'm making an exercise machine like a spin bike. I want to attach magnets to the rotor and store the power charging batteries.
I have 8 quarter size neodymium magnets spinning from 2000 to 6000 rpm. I'd like to generate 3.3v to charge batteries then buck it up to 5v for a USB port. I'd like to use a single coil- rectifier- buck/boost- charger- battery.
Using a LM3914 dot bar display driver to light LED to show voltage.
Do you have any advice for me?
Are there any modules that would make this easier?
