RBG LEDs won't work

Hi, I just bought a micro:Maqueen and started coding it. I just don't seem to get the 4 LEDs on the bottom to work. Not even with the example codes in the instructions. As if P15 isn't responding. How do I fix this?? When coding like the example code, it just stands without any light or change.
