Bluno Link - A USB Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) Dongle - Problem

Hi, today I've received the USB key Bluno Link, I've bought it to control a Romeo Mini shield, but I've a problem. I've pluged the key in a USB port of my PC but the system doesn't "see" the key.
Have I to install drivers? Where can I find them? In my PC, with Windows 10, there are the Arduino Uno drivers.

Can help me, please?
