SKU:SEN0186 Weather Station - Output Serial Info ?

I have been asked to research if it would be possible to get this weather stations information integrated and displayed with Home Assistant.
Unfortunately my knowledge with DFRobot/Arduino is very limited so I managed to get as far as following the connectivity and sketch example in https://wiki.dfrobot.com/Weather_Statio ... KU_SEN0186 which displays the relevant sensor data in the serial monitor.
What I would like to find out is if it would be possible to get the weather station values displayed in Home Assistant somehow? Perhaps leveraging something like MQTT is an option...
