PH meter SKU SEN0161 v1.0

I am using PH meter SKU SEN0161 v1.0.
I calibrated my device with pH7 and the voltage for pH7 is 1.89.
Whenever i put my ph sensor in ph4 solution, it drop down the value
Voltage:0.23 pH:1.20
and for pH5 solution it shows below value.
Voltage:0.66 pH:2.70
Can somebody will help me in this regards?
