Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my HuskyLens. Set it up for face tracking robot with L293D motor shield and 4 DC motors.
When its set up to face recognition mode it draws too much power and voltage drops from 5V to 4.5V and after that HuskyLens shuts down, voltage comes back to 5V and again drops to 4.5V and loops by Husky keeps restarting. I dont have that problem when i set it to object tracking mode, it stays in that mode on 4.9V and everything is okay. Im using 2 Li-Ion (18650) 2900mAh batteries
Just wondering if somone could help me with this one?
Thank you all.

Hi aklepo2

I noticed a similar behavior with my setting as well. Specifically, two algorithms face recog and one of the object recogs draw a lot of power. If the Husky is powered by a single source, eg the serial port connection via the microcontroller, depending on the situation, it does reboot!

I eliminated my problem by powering the Husky via its USB port using a power brick at 5V and plenty of mAh. No problems at all any more!

Hope it helps.
