Beetle BLE card cannot be read

Hi, I am new with Beetle BLE. At first, arduino program was able to see the port. But after 2 or 3 hours, there was an error like 'Card on the COMX address cannot be read.' I searched on the internet, saw something about if there is anything wrong with the drivers. But the drivers were ok. Arduino program can see Arduino Mega ADK, but not Beetle BLE. What can I do about it? I'd be happy if you'd help.
