Could you recommend me a voltage/current sensor that measures RMS values?

Hi, i'm new here, i'm looking for a sensor to work on a Raspberry PI that can measure RMS values for both voltage and intensity, to prevent the microcontroller from doing that job. At first, I thought about Adafruit INA 219 but i'm not sure if it provides RMS values or the instantaneous ones. Other options could be:

- MAX4080
- INA169
- INA3321
- ACS712
- ACS758
- WCS1800

But i have the same problem, I don't know which value they provide, the instantaneous or the RMS. How can I know that?
