USB C battery pack to power Lattepanda Alpha
Account cancelled 2022-02-22 04:14:16 1218 Views2 Replies Hey everyone, I am working on a Lattepanda handheld gaming PC, similar to a Nintendo switch or SteamDeck. Initially, I was planning on using a battery from a Chinese tablet to power the Alpha, but it is has weird dimensions and doesn’t quite fit well with the handheld I am trying to make. I don’t know much about building batteries and don’t want to risk damaging my Alpha with a homemade solution, so I am interested in using a USB C power bank to run the Alpha.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a power bank that can provide enough power under high load?

Please note that the power bank must support PD protocol, which can output 12V or 15V voltage.
Some USB C power bank just has a USB C connector, but not support PD protocol.
