Turbidity sensor SEN0189 : LED and phototransistor used

Could someone say me who is the supplier (AMS ?) and what are the references of the Emissive LED and the phototransistor used inside the Turbidity Sensor SEN0189 ?
This question come because i want to connect directly this sensor to an own electronic adaptater; so i need to know the led and transistor characteristics to set electric parameters of my electronic.
