new esp32 s2 is not connecting to wifi

hey i just bought 2 esp 32 s2 devkitM 

when i try to upload data and connect to wifi it show me error and never connect i try both of them i try press boot and i remove all pin connection.

why is this happened??

when i upload the code to a regular esp32 its work just fine/
