SIM7600CE-T 4G(LTE) Shield in Canada

I would like to use this shield to send SMS message alerts, but it is not clear if it will communicate with any Canadian network. None of the supported bands mentiond in the Wiki are used here. Do you have any suggestions please? TIA.

Hi, Could anyone find a solution to this problem? Is there any way for the sim7600ce chip to support B4?. Thank you ! Pablo
