Question about DFR0342 & DFR0850

I was looking for ethernet shield with PoE and SD card module for use in Arduino.
As a result, I find out DFR0342 & DFR0850.
But, I don't know difference about DFR0342 & DFR0850.
Can i know difference about DFR0342 & DFR0850?
And can they be used without Arduino?

W5500 Ethernet with POE IoT Board (Arduino Compatible)(DFR0342) is an Arduino board with w5500 integrated.
Ethernet and PoE Shield for Arduino - W5500 Chipset(DFR0850) is an extension board, which needs an Arduino board to work with it.
