Romeo error receiving sketch

problem with sending sketch to romeo BLE mini- Arduino with motor driver and bluetooth 4.0
always getting error codes : 
avrdude: stk500_recv () : programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync () attempt 10 of 10 : not in sync: resp=0xf0

any option's to get my sketch uploaded correctly ? 
sketch is 15178 bytes so it's not to big for the romeo.
