Ultrasonic sensor SEN0304 measurement setup

I am investigating of using the ultrasonic sensor SEN0304 in my new project design and I was wondering if the firmware provided on the specifications (URM09 library etc…), can be set to provide the distance measurement in mm instead of cm.
Is it possible to receive the distance measurement in “mm” instead of “cm” for better accuracy?
