Turbidity Sensor FAQ【SEN0189】

Q1:I always get 0.04 in the serial port, and there is no change, even I block the transmit tube.

A1:Please check the probe connection cable, if you plug it with a wrong side, it won't work.

Q2:What is the relationship between turbidity and voltage?

A2:The approximate curve of the relationship between the two is shown in the figure below (the figure is only for understanding the nonlinear relationship between the two, and the actual measured data may be different from it).

Q3：Inaccurate reading/does not match wiki example

A3:"The sensor is an analog quantity sensor, which is a qualitative measurement rather than a quantitative measurement, so the reading accuracy is not high when used and conversion to standard NTU data is not recommended;

Q4:Are the sensors all waterproof?

A4:The sensor probe is partially waterproof, but the top and adapter plate are not waterproof. Do not immerse in water.
