Seek solutions to heartbeat simulation

Hey guys,

I want to simulate the vibration effect of heart beating. 

At present, all the vibration equipment on the market are high-frequency vibrators, which are not very similar to heart beating. Maybe it is feasible to use motors or steering gear to make some mechanical structures, but I don't want too much mechanical noise. 

Does anyone have a better idea?
