pH sensor SEN 0169, SEN 0161 install

Hi, I'm trying to install DF ROBOT SEN 0169 pH sensor on pipe. (https://www.dfrobot.com/product-1110.html)
Comment says the head of the sensor should not be dried when measuring continuously.
So I'm planning to install the sensor upside down on the T-pipe like below.

Is there any problem installing pH sensor upside down?
And if there are other things to consider, I would appreciate it if you let me know.
