Enter the following command in the Raspberry Pi terminal：
sudo nano /boot/cmdline.txt
Add dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 as shown in the figure below, and delete console=serial0, 115200
Open config.txt by enter:
sudo nano /boot/config.txt
and add dtoverlay=pi3-miniuart-bt
Reboot and check, if there's still no data, try to add console=ttyl in cmdline.txt and reboot again.
