esp-wroom-32 operating voltage

It seems that the operating vaoltage of the dfrobot esp-wroom-32 is set between 2.2V and 3.6V.

The operating voltage of the espressif esp-wroom-32 is changed to 2.7V and 3.6V because of change in eeprom memory.

Is the operating voltage of the dfrobot esp-wroom-32 still between 2.2V and 3.6V? What chip is used for eeprom?
