EC Meter V2, only returning "nan" values

I've correctly wired the probe and followed the coding providing on the wiki page, but the sensor is still returning a “nan” value EC and 0.00 for voltage. I'm not having this issue with a pH probe.

This is also occurring after a reset follow errors delivered in the Serial Monitor whilst trying to calibrate the probe.

Thanks

Here somebody wrote this: “I spoke to DFRobot and apparently the issue was EEPROM erase and set memory to value zero. When memory ‘remembers’ zero value. One couldn’t calibrate the EC meter. The same goes for pH meter returning inf or nan value during calibration.”
