stacking UPS hat with 4G hat?

My project needs to be able to send/receive SMS messages, and I'd like it to “call for help” when it detects that it has been unplugged.

Can the UPS be stacked with a Waveshare SIM7600A-H 4G HAT ? https://www.waveshare.com/sim7600a-h-4g-hat.htm

UPS HAT says it needs i2c, which is GPIO pins 2, 3, 27, 28, and the Waveshare pinout says it uses 7, 8, 10, and 31 for UART and other signals.

All the other GPIO pins the Waveshare lists are 5V or GND.

I'm not seeing any conflict there, but just wanted to make sure.
