I have tried to resolve this issue and found out that the neutral voltage is somehow nan also

Could you please share a picture of your wiring? If possible, could you try using an external ADC or measured the output voltage of the board by a multimeter?
If the voltage reading is promising, the board itself is fine, that could be a problem caused by EEPROM. If not, that could be a hardware failure.
