1° I would like to know in what format you save the videos that are saved directly to a micro-SD.
2° is there a way to connect it directly to a computer without needing an Arduino or a raspberry and what software would be used if it exists.

Gravity: Huskylens - An Easy-to-use AI Camera | Vision Sensor(SKU:SEN0305) can not shot video. It can only take pictures with fixed resolution 320*240 and in BMP format.
You should connect it to a MCU, it won't work if you directly connected it to PC.
