DFRobot Bluno driver?

I am trying to update some Romeo BLE v1.0 boards and was able to use BlunoFWDownloader to put SBL_BlunoV1.84-170706.bin from github site onto the board. Now the device manager shows DFRobot Bluno with no drivers available. i reinstalled arduino IDE and directed device manager to look there for drivers... nothing. I cannot see the Romeo BLE in arduino IDE when it is plugged in. If i push the boot button and plug it in I get the computer to recognize the board as an UNO and see the port in the IDE but cannot do anything with it.
