USB Receiver Innacurate

Ive recently purchased the TEL0138 GPS receiver (https://wiki.dfrobot.com/USB_GPS_Receiver_SKU_TEL0137) and set it up according to the instructions presented, however it appears to be inaccurate by a large margin, I also cannot find the program that the manual states to download and just did the entire setup in Linux (on a VM), does anyone know what could be causing the inaccuracy?

I'm not sure how to edit, but its saying GPS data invalid before presenting this data so i assume theres some issue there?
