I'm new with the Tel0124 and not sure how to connect with the Arduino UNO as it just says connect

Can somebody show me

If you are asking about the physical connection，the PIN out for the TEL0124 is the same as the Arduino UNO.

You could see below picture:

 

That means you could directly “plug” the TEL0124 “onto” the Arduino UNO.
