Gravity: Analog Electrical Conductivity Sensor / Meter(K=10) Rasberry Pi

Hi, i have a problem with the Gravity: Analog Electrical Conductivity Sensor / Meter(K=10). I am trying to use it with a rasberry pi and i have found this code

It works but i get the wrong value when I try to run the program. I think that it is because the code is adapted får k=1 is there a way i could modify the code to work with k=10 


I would be soooo grateful if anyone could take the time to help me with this.
