Beehive monitoring system design

First, I have no electronics/engineering/programming background. I want to purchase components and configure (code) in which four temperature/humidity sensors, one microphone and one accelerometer are placed inside of each of five beehives (5-10m apart). I want a central unit with SIM (A9G GSM/GPRS+GPS Module?) to receive (bluetooth?) data every few minutes from each of the five hives' sensors, and then transmit that so that I can analyze the data. Easy peasy right?  I know I need a lot of help but if someone's kind enough to start me with - components, that's great!  Who (title/degree) would I have to hire to configure/program this? Thanks!!
