Timed out waiting for packet header

I have a Firebeetle ESP32-E V1.0 and the Arduino IDE displays the following error when trying to upload a compiled sketch:

 

A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: Timed out waiting for packet header .

 

I have installed the  CH340K driverversion  3.5.2019.1

 

It detects the ESP32 on port 19.

Q5:Unable to upload the program, error: connecting........

A5:

1. Check the quality of the data cable2. After the program is compiled, press the RST button.
