Issues with SKU:FIT0476 10.1" diagonal monitor
richardsonwillp 2023-07-26 06:03:54 386 Views3 Replies I recently purchased 10.1" Diagonal - 1280x800 IPS HDMI/VGA/AV Display (SKU:FIT0476) [https://www.dfrobot.com/product-1501.html] to use with the LattePanda 2 Alpha; the first several times I used the display it worked fine, but now it won't display anything despite the keypad module showing that the device is receiving power. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? The back of the display gets warm like it's receiving current from the controller board, but the screen never lights up.
Could you tell me your input voltage?
This screen use 7.5~12V DC input, and the power comsumption is 6-7.5W.
Or may be you could switch a HDMI cable.
Yeez_B It has been at just shy of 12V, around 11.9V.
Even without an HDMI cable it should briefly show a a blue screen with text saying “No Input”; at least that is what I experienced previously
