Ethernet Sync exposed on CM4 Router Board Mini

Are the CM4 Ethernet Sync pins (16 +18) accessible on the CM4 Router Board Mini?

 

That would be awesome, because a CM4 has hardware time stamping that enables time syncing (PTP / GPS + PPS) with nanosecond  accuracy!
