DFPlayer Pro Port issue
maxwoodward 2023-08-30 09:49:27 535 Views2 Replies I have two DFPlayer Pros and neither of them show up with a port to select when I plug it in to my computer. I have tried using an Arduino to go to the TX and RX pins and use the Arduino IDE Serial monitor, but I never get a return statement from the mini player. Did I just get two bad players or am I missing something?

I have the same issue. I can copy files to the USB drive, but I can't use the serial debugging tool to program the player with AT codes. No COM port device is shown in device manager.

The DFPlayer Pro is acting like a normal USB drive if you connect it on your PC.
Maybe you could switch to another computer or USB cable to see if it works.
